The Marshal Papworth Fund is a restricted expendable endowment fund, which is wholly managed by The East of England Agricultural Society, registered charity number 283564.
Sandra Lauridsen is the Fund’s only paid for member of staff and in this part-time role is responsible for the co-ordination of all scholarship and student activity. She is based at the Fund’s office at the Peterborough Showground.
The work of the Fund is generously supported by a team of committee members, who volunteer their time to fulfil our vision. The committee comprises a diverse mix of agriculturalists from across the East Anglian region, providing the charity with the benefit of their knowledge and rounded perspective.
Our primary online drugstore canada purpose is to provide funding for the education of students from developing countries, as defined by the Society. We do this by giving students the opportunity to attend courses delivered by educational establishments within the United Kingdom.
Our express intention is that participating students apply the knowledge gained during their education for the benefit of improving agriculture in their home country, for the benefit of fellow countrymen.
Through sound investments and careful expenditure since the inception of our Fund we have managed to grow it by 13 per cent. We firmly believe in transparency and our latest accounts as audited by the Charity Commission can be found here.
