Louise currently works as a trainer at the African Institute for Social Development in Cameroon. The knowledge acquired from this post has enabled her to develop new approaches to efficiently support farmer development in her country.

Patience attended University of Buea 2005 where she graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Botany and Crop Science. She is currently working as an Agricultural Facilitator, Extension worker for the C.I.G. Common Initiative Group. They are partners for development farmers, created in 2010 with aims of promotion of Agricultural development, training and research. Her roles and responsibilities include:
On completion of the course Patience would like to engage in a lifestyle pattern that reduces carbon foot-print, e.g. using more bicycles and trekking rather than cars. She also wants to share her new knowledge and experiences acquired with her colleagues and farming groups.
