Marshal Papworth Short Course – Harper Adams University – 2019

Joseph is an Organic certification and m&e officer for the Organisation for Indigenous Initiatives and sustainability (ORGIIS GHANA) which is a local non-profit non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in Ghana in 2011. Geographically, the operational area of ORGIIS- Ghana includes the Upper East, Northern, and Upper West Regions.

He attended the Bolgatanga Polytechnic in 2013 – Qualification higher national diploma in Agricultural Engineering.

His roles and responsibilities are:

  • Planning and supervising all organic activities
  • Prepare database of al beneficiaries, outputs, figures etc.
  • Identify training needs of staff and institutions in m&e gaps
  • Support staff with data collated for reports s drafting
  • Promote the production and marketing of NTFP’s

Joseph hopes to gain practical exposure of modern agricultural practices that can build his capacity to train other staff and farmers to adopt, and improve good practices for better yields when he returns home.
