Fadhila works under Same District in Kilimanjaro region since June 2010 as an Agricultural / livestock field worker. Her responsibilities are:
. To advise farmers on proper Crop and Livestock husbandry
. Environmental Management
. HIV and AIDs.
She has a good working relationship with both office staff and all her farmers.
She hopes on returning home after this short course she will be more competent in being able to improve on her agriculture practice techniques, enabling her to form small groups of farmers from different villages and provide them with new practical training skills & techniques. And passing on knowledge of how the farmers can become more modern and start producing profitable products.
