Cosmos is employed as an Agriculture Extention Officer for ADRA, Adventist Development and Relief Agency, in Ghana working with rural farmers. Upon his return, Cosmos has transferred all his new found skills and knowledge to fellow farmers which has improved their farming businesses. He has also made farming attractive to the youth of Ghana, offering employment to many.
