Barsabas Ojiok Efuk

Barsabas is married. He attended Cairo University of Agriculture 2013 Qualification – Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Science.

Barsabas has worked with several NGO’s in the field of Food Security, and presently is working as Programme Management Assistant. His organisation is United Nation Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS). His roles and responsibilities include;

  • Compile, analyse and summarize programs for implementation
  • Assist drafting projects for civil affairs unit
  • Ensure that concerns and perceptions of locals are met
  • Provide accurate, timely and factual report to UNMISS
  • Assist in organizing meetings and workshops

On the completion of his course it is Barsabas’s intention that he will go back to South Sudan to write a project for Orchad Farm and share it with the donors, then establish an Agricultural research firm that will deal with research and training farmers.
