Marshal Papworth Short Course – Harper Adams University – 2019

Atindana works as a Village Tree Enterprise Project Officer for NGO Tree-Aid, based in Kasena Nankana district of upper east region of Ghana.

He attended the University for Development Studies in Tamale in 2008, Qualification BSc in Agricultural Technology, he also attended the University of Central Nicaragua in 2018, Qualification Masters of Business Administration (Project Management).

His roles and responsibilities are:

  • To lead in delivering project activities that Tree-Aid will implement to time and budget, ensuring that all stakeholders are involved
  • To support arrangements for and co-facilitating programmes training and works
  • To guide and support the partner on the implementation and evaluation of projects
  • To work closely with beneficiaries of N.T.F.P producers and cooperative groups/unions to develop their capacity to produce and achieve the best price for their goods on the market
  • To support the development of Tree-Aid Ghana and wider programmes.

On returning home Atindana will disseminate all knowledge gained through field activities, training and capacity building through a planned schedule. He will also apply skills in his activities where people will have the opportunity to learn.
