The Pineapple Story

A team from the Marshal Papworth Fund committee were delighted to visit the Blue Skies factory in Nsawam, Ghana, as part of their measuring impact visit. Here Blue Skies process pineapple and other premium cut fruit for UK supermarkets, as well as fruit juices for the local market. The Blue Skies factory is a good example of an added value supply chain and was instrumental in demonstrating how the supply chain in Ghana operates.
